ParaFlowTool is a secure, cloud-based application built on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. All application data is stored in a managed backend environment with authenticated user access. Data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections. Access is restricted to authorized school personnel.

Lovable maintains SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. Security documentation is available under appropriate confidentiality terms. Additional information regarding infrastructure, subprocessors, and security practices is available through Lovable’s Trust Center.

ParaFlowTool intentionally collects only the minimum information necessary for staffing coordination. This typically includes staff names and student first name with last initial. The platform does not store IEP documents, evaluation reports, grades, protected health information, or full educational records.

Lovable processes Customer Personal Data solely under documented customer instructions. Customer Personal Data is not used to train or fine tune artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Upon termination of service, customer data may be returned or deleted upon written request, consistent with the applicable Data Processing Agreement. Deleted data may persist in secure backups for a limited time before permanent removal.
