What ParaFlowTool Solves
Schools lose hours every week trying to manage para coverage. Schedules change constantly. Students go uncovered. IEP minutes fall through the cracks. Administrators scramble to stay compliant and keep students safe.
ParaFlow gives schools a faster, clearer way to build and adjust para schedules without juggling emails or spreadsheets. It cuts through the daily chaos and gives teams more control over coverage.
• Builds a clear daily para schedule in minutes
• Shows uncovered students immediately
• Helps protect IEP minutes and one to one assignments
• Gives administrators a simple snapshot of coverage
• Saves time by replacing scattered notes, spreadsheets, and long email threads

Today + Future
ParaFlow is built to support the real daily work SPED teams deal with. It keeps schedules clear, reduces confusion when plans change, and gives schools a cleaner, faster way to organize para coverage without adding extra steps.
Early pilots will help guide the next round of improvements. The goal is simple: cut workload, increase clarity, keep students safe, and support teams as their coverage needs grow more complex.
Pilot schools get full setup, direct support from the creator, and influence over what comes next.
