About the Founder

Ted Scott-Smith is a veteran special education teacher with two decades of hands-on experience coordinating para teams, services, and daily classroom supports in large urban school systems.

He built ParaFlowTool after seeing the same staffing problems repeated across campuses: fragmented schedules, late coverage changes, and teams trying to maintain compliance without a reliable system of record.

In addition to product development, Ted works with families and education organizations through consulting and advocacy services focused on practical SPED execution.
